I had an amazing experience with Leo at European Auto Werke. As a new client, I reached out last minute on a Sunday, and he still made time to take a look at my car, which I really appreciated. He diagnosed the issue quickly and replaced my oil filter housing. What stood out most was how thoroughly he explained everything to me, what was wrong, why it happened, and exactly what needed to be done to fix it. Leo was extremely honest and transparent throughout the whole process, which made me feel confident and comfortable. His pricing was fair, and the service was excellent.
